My 56K modem won't connect any faster than 33.6 kbps
Our terminal servers and modems require version 1.0 or better of 56K Flex. If your modem has an older version, you will need to obtain an update from your modem manufacturer.
My modem only connects at 1200 bps
Try placing 2, 3 or 4 commas after the phone number you dial to access our service. This will turn off the 56K portion of the modem on our end and will usually solve the problem.
