Check the E-mail username used by your E-mail program.(look for an "Options", "Preferences" or "Settings" choice on one of the menus). You should have the following information:

Your E-mail username
(Make sure that this is entered EXACTLY as it was given to you) |
Note that some E-mail programs, such as Eudora, ask for a "POP account". If this is the case, then enter:
(i.e., if your E-mail username were "jsmith", then you would enter jsmith@pop3.icubed.com.)
