I Get a "Password Incorrect" Message

Harder Solution

Check the E-mail username used by your E-mail program.(look for an "Options", "Preferences" or "Settings" choice on one of the menus). You should have the following information:

Incoming Mail (or POP/POP3) server pop3.icubed.com
Mail (or POP/POP3) username Your E-mail username

(Make sure that this is entered EXACTLY as it was given to you)

Note that some E-mail programs, such as Eudora, ask for a "POP account". If this is the case, then enter:

Your E-mail username@pop3.icubed.com

(i.e., if your E-mail username were "jsmith", then you would enter jsmith@pop3.icubed.com.)

If Nothing Else Works

Please call Infobahn International, Inc. and ask that one of our technical support representatives change or reset your E-mail password. Be prepared to supply your username, phone number and address.
