If you're expecting a message, but it hasn't shown up yet (and your E-mail program checks for, but does not find any new messages), check to make sure that the E-mail address the sender is using is correct. It should be of the form:
(i.e. If your E-mail username were "jsmith", the mail should be sent to jsmith@icubed.com) Please note that the E-mail username should be typed exactly as it was given to you (jsmith and Jsmith ARE NOT the same username).
Check the incoming mail server settings in your E-mail program (look for an "Options", "Preferences" or "Settings" choice on one of the menus). You should have the following information:

| Mail (or POP/POP3) username | Your E-mail username |
Note that some E-mail programs, such as Eudora, ask for a "POP account". If this is the case, then enter:
(i.e., if your E-mail username were "jsmith", then you would enter jsmith@pop3.icubed.com.)
