Bronze Penannular, 3" diameter, staped terminals, well pointed pin.

Needles:$5
3½" long, brass, hard to tell from Celtic and Medieval examples.

Torcs:large=$40, small=$12, smallest=$?
Fit most necks. Large has brass terminals, twisted 4 Ga wire with smaller twist fill, copper. Small is bronze, has loop and hook ends, twisted 8 Ga wire with smaller twist fill. Smallest is just pictures I found of an even smaller torc, John, I've put the pictures in but you'll have to rewrite some stuff.
