According to a land transfer deed filed in Allegheny Co in Book 2V-45, John sold his share of the property to his brother, Hugh in April of 1833 for $1,500.00. The transfer also mentions John's wife, her name was Elizabeth.

-- Margaret Morrow
was
the youngest of the children of James and Sarah Morrow, and was born in
Upper St. Clair, Allegheny Co, PA on 12 Feb
1802. According to her father's will, she was the wife of James
Foster. James and Margaret probably
lived near her sister, Jane in Bower Hill, Peters Twp, Washington Co, PA.
At Center Presbyterian Church there is a gravestone
for a Margaret Morrow, the wife of J. K. Foster. The marker
indicates she died on 13 March 1877 at age 76 years which calculates a
birth year of around 1801, close to when Margaret
was born. James Foster shares the same marker and he died
23
Aug 1886 at age 89. Although I am fairly confident these are the
correct people, I have not been able
to prove
this link.
After his first wife's death in 1815, James married Agness (Nancy) Lesnett Vance. There were no children from this marriage.
