For me, the beginning of 2007 started out like 'gang-busters' for buying and selling real estate although in the months of June and beginning of July things came to a halt. Prices hadn't adjusted with interest rates floating up towards the 7% range. Luckily, I've kept busy with the Buyers that I've been working with, in addition to several new listings I've received.

My current listing count is 15 properties, with three of them under contract (as of July 23, 2007.) My goal for this year is 35 'sides' of transactions and I'm already at 77% towards my goal. My dollar amount goal is $4,000,000 and I'll be at $2.51 Million once my Sale Pendings all close.

I had $3.6 Million in sales and closed 32 sides of transactions in 2006. I was awarded the Westmoreland County Realtors Association Diamond PLUS award, the highest award offered. This is the fourth year in a row that I received the Diamond PLUS award.

I've recently made the decision to affiliate with Broker-1 Realty in North Huntingdon!!
