What I know about you while you visit my website is limited. Seriously.

I do not operate a website statistics package on this server. What this means is:
- I do not have a way to find out where you have clicked in from to get here
- I see nothing to personally identify you or your IP address
- There are no special cookies set up anywhere on this site
(I don't have any use for cookies anyway, at least not the Internet kind.)
The only information I can receive from you is entirely optional: if you decide to sign up for email notification of new market listings, information you enter into the form on that page will be transmitted directly to me when you click the "Submit" button.
At no time is that information stored on the internet, or on a webserver anywhere. It is sent to me in the form of an email, and I personally submit your information (in the form of your indicated preferences) to the Multi-List database. Nothing about you, personally, will be submitted, only your email address (needed in order to send you new listings) and the items that you are looking for in a home, such as number of bedrooms, school district, etc.
If, at any time, the use of this information would change, I would make sure that my Privacy Policy is updated immediately. If you have any questions as a result of reading this, please do not hesitate to call me or email me about them.
